The music is all written and there are demo versions of the songs already recorded. The new album will be called “Event Horizons” and it is a big artistic leap for Slavemason. I will keep you posted here and on a video blog showing progress in the studio.

Some people have asked what is taking so long, and the answer to that is that I had to get better at the drums, which took a few months. I had to overcome a few hurdles in my playing to perform some of the parts I wrote for the album.

There were also a few technical hurdles because I wanted to do this album using some technology that had not come out yet. I had to wait for the release of the technology and work out some of the kinks with it in the studio.
